Scott: Once upon a time (2010) I weighed 288 pounds (when I actually weighed - it was probably 300 before I took things seriously and bought a scale) and couldn't keep up with my 10-year-old son. After losing 60+ pounds, adopting an "I can do anything" attitude, and running a 7K and several 10K races, I learned the truth: I WANT TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST! Now I've run eight half-marathons, one full marathon, I've lost 90 pounds, my son can't keep up with me, and I plan to keep it that way - as I lead HIM toward a healthy lifestyle, too!
